1 What data do we collect and what do we do with it?
1.1 We collect only the basic personal details required to process and deliver your order and to send you service updates on your order. We're permitted to do this because it is necessary in order fulfil our contract with you.
1.2 We will, for a limited time, retain access to your purchase history via our third party service provider (which we mention in more detail below) but only for the purposes of providing you with customer support and the processing of refunds. We are permitted to do this where necessary to fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
1.3 if you have signed up to our email newsletter, we will use your email address to send you news and information about CAF Cycling Apparel and our new products. We're permitted to do this because in signing up to our newsletter, you have opted in (consented) to receive our newsletter. You can opt out of our newsletters at any time. We will include a link in the email itself or alternatively you can contact us here and we will remove you from our mailing list.
1.4 If necessary to protect you or us, we may process your data for the prevention or detection of fraud. The law requires us to do this.
2 Who do we share your data with?
2.1 We will never sell your personal data to any third party, however, we do share your data with organisations that help us get your order to you. This includes delivery companies, payment service provides (as we do not collect payment or receive any of your financial information ourselves) and our website hosts. This may also include our suppliers if we think it would be beneficial to you for your order to be delivered directly from the supplier, rather than via us.
2.2 Where required to do so, we may share your data with fraud prevention agencies, our auditors or other professional advisors or regulatory bodies or authorities, including the information commissioner.
3 How long do we keep your data for?
3.1 We will keep your personal data for no longer than is required for the relevant purpose set out at 1 above. When you place an order, we'll keep the data you provide to us for two years to ensure we can comply with our legal and contractual obligations.

4 What are your rights?
4.1 You have the right to request that we provide access to, correct, or delete your personal data. You also have the right to request the restriction of or to object to any processing of your personal data or to request that we transfer your data to a third party (portability).
